Careers

Careers at Dnexus Global

We are always interested in talking to people who care about getting fieldwork right. Work here means real responsibility on studies that matter to the agencies who commission them, across markets most companies never field in.

Business Development Manager

Own new agency relationships end to end, from first conversation through to a first study delivered well. You will be talking to research buyers who know the category, so credibility about fieldwork matters more than pipeline theatre.

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with research agencies, consultancies and brand insight teams
  • Qualify inbound briefs and work with project management on feasibility before committing to them
  • Own proposals and pricing alongside the operations team
  • Represent Dnexus Global at industry events and in client meetings
  • Feed market intelligence back into how our services are packaged and priced

What we are looking for

  • Three or more years selling research services, fieldwork or data collection
  • Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies
  • Comfort saying a study is not feasible as written, and explaining why
  • Experience working across time zones with distributed teams

Field Operations Manager

Run multi-country fieldwork day to day: partner briefing, quota management, escalation and the quality checks that keep a study honest. This is the role that decides whether a project lands.

What you will do

  • Own fieldwork delivery for assigned studies across multiple markets
  • Brief and audit local partners against our protocols
  • Monitor quota, incidence and completion daily, and escalate early
  • Run back-checking and quality review on completed interviews
  • Produce the field documentation that goes to the client with the data

What we are looking for

  • Three or more years in fieldwork operations or research project management
  • Hands-on experience with CATI, CAPI or online data collection
  • Confidence managing third-party suppliers to a standard
  • Clear written English for client-facing field reporting

Data Processing Analyst

Clean, code, weight and tabulate survey data for agency clients, and be the person who notices when something in the dataset does not add up.

What you will do

  • Build and check cross-tabulations against client banner specifications
  • Develop code frames and code open-ended responses
  • Apply cleaning rules, logic checks and weighting schemes
  • Prepare deliverables in SPSS, Excel, Quantum and custom formats
  • Document every removal and adjustment made to a dataset

What we are looking for

  • Two or more years in market research data processing
  • Working knowledge of SPSS and at least one tabulation package
  • Understanding of weighting and significance testing
  • The instinct to query a number that looks wrong rather than pass it on

How we work

What working here is actually like

Ownership, not tickets

Projects have an owner rather than a queue. The person running your study is the person you talk to, and that is as true internally as it is for clients.

Say the difficult thing early

Flagging a problem in week one is valued here far above absorbing it and hoping. That applies to a quota that will not fill and to a process that is not working.

Learn the whole pipeline

Recruitment, fieldwork and processing sit close together. People here end up understanding all three, which makes every one of them better at their own.

Not the right role, but the right place?

Send a speculative application. We would rather hear from someone good at the wrong moment than not hear from them.
