Education

Education research has to reach students, parents, teachers and institutions — four populations with different access routes, different consent requirements and very different availability.

Research solutions

Research solutions for education

Student and learner research

School, further and higher education students, plus adult learners, with age-appropriate consent and safeguarding protocols applied as standard.

Educator and institutional research

Teachers, lecturers, heads of department and administrators, sampled by institution type, subject and seniority.

Parent and guardian research

Parents recruited by child age and stage, including decision research on school choice, supplementary education and learning technology.

How we work in this sector

The Dnexus Global approach

Research with minors

Any study involving under-18s runs with parental consent, age-appropriate participant information, safeguarding-trained interviewers and a defined escalation route for a disclosure. We will not run one without those in place, whatever the timeline pressure.

The academic calendar

Education fieldwork has to work around terms, exams and holidays, which differ by country and by sector. A field window that looks generous on paper can be almost unusable in practice, and we will say so at the feasibility stage.

Institutional gatekeepers

Reaching students often means reaching the institution first. We budget the time that takes into the timeline rather than discovering it in week two of fieldwork.
