Extended Team Services

Agencies rarely need a vendor for this work — they need more of themselves for a quarter, a study or a season. Extended team services put trained research operations people on your side of the wall.

They work your process rather than importing ours: your platforms, your templates, your project codes, your escalation path.

  • Dedicated project management resource
  • Data processing and scripting capacity
  • Quality control and back-checking analysts
  • Working in your tools and to your conventions

Our capabilities

What our extended team services service covers

We own the workflow end to end, which is what makes a single point of accountability possible rather than just claimable.

Project management

Research project managers running studies end to end under your brand, in your client-facing templates and reporting rhythm.

Data processing

Tabulation, coding and dataset preparation capacity that scales with your pipeline instead of your headcount plan.

Quality control analysts

Dedicated analysts running your QC protocols — back-checking, open-end review and data validation — on your schedule.

Scripting support

Questionnaire scripting and testing in the platforms your team already uses, including complex logic and multi-language versions.

Your process, not ours

We adopt your naming conventions, folder structures, templates and sign-off gates. Consistency with your existing work matters more than our preferences.

Flexible allocation

Full-time, part-time or project-based allocation, with a notice period that suits a research pipeline rather than a hiring plan.

Included in every project

Standard on every engagement, not an upgrade

The same six things are included whichever service a project starts from. They are the reason our quotes look like they do.

Screening design

We work through your screener with you before fieldwork opens — quota alignment, incidence estimation and disqualification logic, agreed in writing.

Multi-source recruitment

Our own panel across core markets plus a vetted partner network reaching 35+ countries. No single source carries a project; diversity of sourcing is what keeps the sample honest.

Layered quality assurance

Screener validation, digital fingerprinting against duplicates, automated response scoring, analyst review and post-field back-checking where the study calls for it.

Confirmation and scheduling

Reminder workflows for qualitative work, with standby replacements held as standard so a no-show does not become a gap in your data.

Incidence reporting

Funnel data and incidence rates before and during fieldwork, so a feasibility problem reaches you while there is still time to act on it.

A named project manager

One person accountable from brief to delivery, with daily field updates — not a shared inbox and not a ticket queue.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions — extended team services

How is this different from outsourcing a project?
The people are allocated to you, not to a job. They learn your process, keep working in it, and are the same people next quarter.
Can they work in our systems?
Yes, given appropriate access and security arrangements. We work under your platforms and conventions rather than asking you to adopt ours.
What does onboarding involve?
Typically two weeks: process documentation, tooling access, shadowing on a live study, then supervised independent work with a review gate.
What is the minimum commitment?
One quarter is the usual minimum — it takes about that long for the arrangement to pay back the onboarding investment.

Send us the brief. We will tell you what is feasible.
